Noelle, an autistic and ADHD advocate, leverages her lived experience and corporate background to promote neurodiversity in the workplace, helping organisations understand, support, and utilize neurodivergent talent.

Her clientele includes renowned names such as EY, Herbert-Smith Freehills, and Standard Chartered Bank. An active participant in the Hong Kong DE&I speaking circuit, Noelle has shared her insights at prominent events like the SCMP Diversity Equity and Inclusion Summit 2024 and TEDx talks.


Noelle's expertise comes from 15 years in corporate environments, developing, implementing, and managing global programs in governance, strategy, privacy, information security, training, and risk management for organisations like CIBC and Sun Life Financial.

Noelle is also a founding member and subject-matter expert for a neurodiversity-focused working group addressing neurodiversity in the Asia-Pacific region from a business perspective.

With an MBA in Global HR Management and graduate studies in Strategy (University of Oxford) and Neuroscience & Psychology (King’s College London), she is continually learning, collaborating and on a mission to show the world what’s possible when diverse minds work together.
