Veronica is an internationally recognized keynote speaker, award-winning author, and expert in cultural agility, DEI, and high-performance leadership. With over 20 years of corporate experience at global brands such as Apple and Estée Lauder, Veronica has led and developed large multicultural teams across Asia Pacific, Europe, and the Americas. Her deep expertise is informed by her personal journey living in nine countries and speaking six languages, as well as her passion for sports as an Ironman triathlete and advocate for a growth mindset.

Veronica’s approach blends inspiring storytelling with actionable frameworks, making complex topics like cultural agility and inclusive leadership accessible and practical. She designs customised keynotes and workshops for organisations seeking to build inclusive, high-performing teams and future-ready leaders. Her sessions are known for their energy, relatability, and focus on real-world application, helping participants move beyond theory to drive meaningful change in their organisations.
